Pleased to meet you folks!
My name is Fergal, though you can shorten it to Ferg if that’s easier for you. It’s very Irish, so I can explain it when we meet.
I’m from Dublin, and have lived most of my life within walking distance of the City Centre. When I was only knee high, I never seemed to want to go to bed, but stay up and sit chatting with the adults, a born guide! 🙂 No surprise so that I have been working as a tour guide all across Ireland for nearly a decade. Stumbling into this career has shown me that there are silver linings to be found everywhere, even in the depths of recession. I love it!
My early years guiding were spent taking French groups on 8 day trips of across the entire country. If you need advice on what to see, or what might be less up your street, we’ll be sure to get to it on our walk. Or maybe just pick my brain over a pint when we finish. 🙂 In recent years, I have mostly been working in Dublin and around, personal bespoke private tours, with smaller groups (1-8) are what I like best. Cities are living things that have countless stories and themes all interwoven to make up its fine fabric. After a few quick questions I know what thread to tease out for my guests. After all, we all look for a more personalized experiences when travelling.
The itineraries I have up here are flexible, guidelines I guess. The time you book here with me will be filled in whatever way gives you the best appreciation of my home town, and allows you take home the best of memories of your time spent here. Drop me a line so!

As we walk hand in hand, sisters brothers, I take you to the promised land*
